Payment and a quick service agreement lock everything in.
Create
Show up, set up and create. The space is ready when you walk in.

The space
About 90 sqm, roughly 9.1m by 10m, with a 3.5m wide roller door for easy load in.
Parking
Two parking spaces right out front with every booking. Unmetered street parking on Orchard Rd is limited.
After your session
Leave the space as you found it. We can arrange a cleaner, otherwise a $250 cleaning fee applies if it needs one.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling within 24 hours needs our approval.
Security
The studio is monitored by 24 hour CCTV for insurance and security.
